How to Use Display Options in Review Data

On the Review Data screen, it can be helpful to view not just the study days on which data was collected, but also the date and other relevant information. These options can be configured in Display Options. Here’s how to use it:

1. On the Review Data screen, press [Display Options].

2. In the Display Options window, you can change a number of settings pertaining to how data is displayed such as whether or not to show the date and/or collection time in the column headers. There are a few other options of note:

Copy Column Name to Clipboard:
When this is checked while you are copying and pasting a datum from the Review Data screen (for instance, into another application), it will include both the datum as well as the contents of the column header.

Show Detailed Information: Checking this option will show which data has been amended with the marking “(a)” beside it.

Show Units: This will display the unit beside each measurement.

Group Summary: Adds a column under a specified group which shows a calculation of your choosing such as the mean, median, or standard deviation calculated for that group’s data on each day.

Show Animal Summary: Adds a column to the right of the screen which shows a calculation of your choosing such as the mean, median, or standard deviation calculated for all of an animal’s data.

Highlight Alerted Measurements: Highlights data for which an alert has been triggered. (Search for a study with triggered alerts.)
